Special steels of materil handling
Special steel is added alloying element (NI,Cr,Mo and so on) for the purpose. To mainly, it is used for parts of cars, metal, cutting tools, airplane, rocket and domestic articles. As a function, toughness, abrasion resistance property, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant etc. We handle polish, cold-rolling and hot-rolling. It is effective cost down!
There is a way of consideration which is a challenge. For example, we must consider what should we do to increase sales, benefits and suggestions.
In the case of up or down 10-20%, it might be possible to do it by conventional methods, but in the case of 50%, it must change the methods radically, otherwise it cannot settle the matter.
There are the following examples by using the previously mentioned N35BC etc.

ベーナイト鋼
Bainitic steel
Bainite is a structure that is maintained by less than A3 transformation point temperature and it is called Bainite upper and lower sides together. Bainite is essentially similar to hardening and tempering structure, but it is superior to toughness and processing compared to hardening and tempering structure. About JIS steel type, S55C-CSPB, S60C-CSPB,SK5-CSPB etc. The title is different depends on makers. We keep in stock of bainite of NISSHIN STEEL MANUFACTURE CO.,LTD. Steel type code is NBS55 and NBS60
As a future of Bainite … excellent in processability. Bainite structure is superior to processability and strength by isothermal transformation processing. Bending method was difficult in conventional methods, but now it is possible slightly.

Stainless is a steel which is corrosion-resistant including more than about 11% Cr. ＳＵＳ（Steel Special Use Stain-less） We mainly handle with stainless for springs. The others we handle with stainless mirrors as well.
